Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 1– 3 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times after production:
- Standard: 4 –7 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
International Shipping We ship to 27+ countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery after production is 7–21 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
